Crystal Cash provides the following coaching services:

• Career Transition Coaching: Support for career changes, promotions, and professional development

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during the coaching process
• Attend scheduled sessions punctually and prepared
• Take responsibility for your own decisions and actions
• Respect the coach's time and expertise
• Maintain confidentiality regarding other clients' information
• Pay fees according to the agreed payment terms

5. Coach Responsibilities

Crystal Cash commits to:

• Provide professional coaching services to the best of our ability
• Maintain confidentiality regarding client information
• Respect client autonomy and decision-making
• Adhere to professional coaching standards and ethics
• Provide services in a timely and professional manner

6. Fees and Payment

6.1 Service Fees

• Personal Development Coaching: From £150 per session
• Business Coaching: From £200 per session
• Career Transition Coaching: From £175 per session

6.2 Payment Terms

• Payment is due before or at the time of service delivery
• We accept payment by bank transfer, card payment, or other agreed methods
• Package deals and payment plans may be available upon request
• All fees are subject to VAT where applicable

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling

7.1 Client Cancellation

• Sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee
• No-shows will be charged the full session fee

7.2 Coach Cancellation

• If we need to cancel a session, we will provide as much notice as possible
• We will work with you to reschedule at your convenience
• In case of emergency cancellations, alternative arrangements will be made

8. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information. Information shared during coaching sessions will not be disclosed to third parties without your explicit written consent, except where required by law or to prevent serious harm.

9. Limitations of Service

Please understand that:

• Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment
• We do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions
• Results cannot be guaranteed, as outcomes depend on your commitment and circumstances
• We may refer you to appropriate professionals if specialized help is needed

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and materials, is the property of Crystal Cash and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability
